The Office provides services relating to joint ventures, franchising, licensing, turnkey and contract    manufacturing, hotel management, agency and distributorship, acquisition of shares and undertakings, and other matters in connection with the establishment and incorporation of business entities in Indonesia, and advises on all related matters including taxation, employment, leasing and acquisition of premises, protection of intellectual property rights, and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations governing companies in Indonesia.
